What you will do

• Manage end-to-end large-scale audio-video conferencing solutions across the service lifecycle.
• Perform daily administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of AV services.
• Provide direct support to end-users for daily conferencing needs.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Propose and implement configuration improvements to enhance security, usability, and availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• English: C1 proficiency required.
• Expertise in enterprise-class AV hardware and software.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and AV service quality.
• Experience with Webex Control Hub administration.
• Practical experience with simultaneous online interpretation solutions.

Nice to have

• Background as a Sound Technician, Recording Engineer, or Audio Engineer.
