What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing, globally distributed operations team across 12+ countries in Europe and APAC.
• Oversee TV, radio, digital, and cross-media measurement operations to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Implement cost-efficient, scalable structures and drive process centralization across multiple markets.
• Manage panel recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies using advanced panel-facing technologies.
• Define and monitor quality KPIs and SLAs to maintain currency-grade audience measurement integrity.
• Serve as a trusted expert, presenting and defending methodologies and results to clients and regulators.

Requirements

• Extensive global operations leadership experience, specifically in media measurement or audience research.
• Deep expertise in panel-based methodologies, including recruitment and engagement strategies.
• Proven ability to analyze, present, and defend KPIs and methodologies to external stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging process automation and AI to enhance operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing international teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from Kriegstetten, Switzerland
