What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing global team of Implementation Consultants.
• Design and champion a scalable, standardized implementation methodology for the product suite.
• Drive execution rigor to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee global resource planning to optimize utilization and balance capacity with demand.
• Identify and implement process innovations, including AI-enabled tools, to accelerate time-to-value.
• Track and report on critical Professional Services KPIs such as billable utilization and CSAT.

Requirements

• 10+ years of customer-facing SaaS implementation leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading global implementation or Professional Services organizations.
• Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying standardized implementation frameworks at scale.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI or automation to improve delivery efficiency.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence internal and customer leadership.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%, including quarterly trips to Europe.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Information Systems.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS in the manufacturing sector (CPQ, PLM, or CAD).
• Change management expertise and organizational transformation experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
