What you will do

• Lead the adoption of the Databricks platform to ensure customers realize maximum value from products and services.
• Collaborate with Sales and Field Engineering to understand customer needs and define success metrics early in the process.
• Identify new service opportunities and articulate the business value for upsell or extension of services.
• Develop commercial models and statements of work (SOW), including detailed estimation of scope, time, and cost.
• Manage the delivery of professional services and training engagements to meet and exceed KPIs such as CSAT and Revenue.
• Drive resolution of delivery challenges, manage resource contentions, and handle executive expectations.

Requirements

• Domain knowledge in Data and AI with experience guiding customers through production implementations.
• Proven track record in senior customer-facing roles requiring influencing, negotiation, and execution.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to enforce project governance and drive delivery excellence.
• Expertise in program management and synthesizing customer outcomes into structured program plans.
• Experience in estimating effort and scope for professional services.
• Consistent history of achieving targets including CSAT, Bookings, and Revenue.
