What you will do

• Define and scale the global Professional Services operating model to support high-growth SaaS delivery.
• Establish KPI frameworks, executive visibility, and operational cadence across the end-to-end services lifecycle.
• Lead global workforce planning, capacity modeling, and utilization optimization to balance demand and supply.
• Drive financial governance, including forecasting, backlog health, margin expansion, and revenue integrity.
• Design and optimize an integrated tooling ecosystem, embedding AI and automation into core operational workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership in Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery transitions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Professional Services, Services Operations, or Business Operations within SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record of scaling services operations in high-growth, matrixed global environments.
• Strong expertise in forecasting, capacity planning, utilization, and delivery governance.
• Demonstrated ability to drive transformation through systems, automation, and AI.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in margin management and revenue oversight.
• Must be legally permitted to work in Australia.
