TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Helsinki or London. This is a hybrid role requiring regular in-person collaboration and travel between offices.

What you will do

  • Partner with leadership and People Partners to identify and address organizational capability gaps.
  • Lead succession planning processes, including identifying critical roles and developing readiness assessments.
  • Design and implement comprehensive learning roadmaps that connect individual growth to business milestones.
  • Manage external vendors and program designers to deliver organization-specific development solutions.
  • Utilize data and AI tools to measure the impact of talent initiatives and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and improvement across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or leadership development.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering learning initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Hands-on experience with succession planning, talent reviews, and capability development.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate business needs into practical talent plans.
  • Experience working in a global, fast-moving, or highly autonomous organization.
