What you will do
- Ensure alignment between global Business Units and local sales execution, lead go-to-market strategies and product launches.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to influence global product roadmap, drive business development in electrification, hydrogen, and future mobility.
- Manage annual budget, forecasting, order intake, and secure profitable growth with attractive margins.
- Oversee pre-sales, solution operations, and technical sales support for high-quality proposals; act as technical authority for complex solutions.
- Lead people management, capacity planning, know-how transfer, and continuous training in leading technologies.
Requirements
- Location: Seoul, KR (must work onsite)
- Bachelor/Master in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- >5 years of experience in relevant field.
- Business development attitude, strategic mindset, strategic marketing skills, market understanding.
- Team operation capability with professional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- System, product, and application knowledge of BU portfolio; technical/commercial skills per BU needs.
- Structured approach, analytical thinking, communication, social and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
