Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Duarte, CA, with occasional travel to Palo Alto, CA.

What you will do

• Serve as the dedicated customer success lead for key health system clients.
• Own post-sale delivery including workflow discovery, configuration, and rollout.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical, operational, and IT leadership.
• Train nursing teams and healthcare staff on AI solution adoption.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
• Track and report success metrics to both client and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of health systems experience in customer success, account management, or project management.
• Experience leading complex, onsite implementations in clinical or operational healthcare environments.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing, including drug screening and mandatory vaccinations.
• Must be comfortable operating autonomously in a client-embedded role.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying or scaling AI, digital health, or enterprise SaaS in healthcare.
• Background in healthcare consulting or system-wide transformation initiatives.
• Experience presenting outcomes at conferences or executive forums.
