What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic, high-stakes national healthcare provider organizations.
- Lead complex process redesigns and clinical workflow overhauls across multiple hospital departments.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define the long-term roadmap for AI-driven solutions.
- Mentor the Client Success team to foster professional growth and establish best-in-class standards.
- Advocate for product improvements and collaborate on new solution functionality for live clients.
- Navigate difficult conversations with hospital executives to drive system-wide change and ensure contract renewals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in healthcare consulting or client-facing roles at a workflow-oriented SaaS company.
- Proven track record of managing professional relationships across all levels of a hospital organization.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to create compelling value narratives and data-driven presentations.
- Familiarity with EHR systems and acute care patient flow processes.
- Must be based in the United States with the ability to travel up to 30-40% nationwide.
- Passion for AI-driven healthcare transformation and a strong sense of ownership for client outcomes.
