• Lead complex process redesigns and clinical workflow overhauls across multiple hospital departments.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define the long-term roadmap for AI-driven solutions.
• Mentor the Client Success team to foster professional growth and establish best-in-class standards.
• Advocate for product improvements and collaborate on new solution functionality for live clients.
• Navigate difficult conversations with hospital executives to drive system-wide change and ensure contract renewals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in healthcare consulting or client-facing roles at a workflow-oriented SaaS company.
• Proven track record of managing professional relationships across all levels of a hospital organization.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to create compelling value narratives and data-driven presentations.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and acute care patient flow processes.
• Must be based in the United States with the ability to travel up to 30-40% nationwide.
• Passion for AI-driven healthcare transformation and a strong sense of ownership for client outcomes.
