What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries via phone.
• Coordinate the delivery calendar for drivers, including route planning and appointment scheduling.
• Conduct outbound cold calls to construction, renovation, and restoration companies to generate new business.
• Track and manage customer interactions, follow-ups, and appointments within the HubSpot CRM.
• Support digital content creation efforts during downtime to increase brand presence.
• Provide Saturday coverage as needed to maintain service availability.

Requirements

• Prior experience in logistics coordination, dispatch, or delivery scheduling.
• Professional English communication skills for international business calls.
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Aircall, and Google Workspace.
• Availability to work Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM CST, with occasional Saturdays.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle customer objections and deliver high-quality service over the phone.
