What you will do
- Provide HR policy guidance and develop comprehensive policy documentation.

- Analyze operational challenges and recommend strategic improvements.
- Develop reports and deliverables to support federal mission objectives.
- Ensure continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR policy or related roles.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance is mandatory.
- Must be able to work on-site in Washington, DC.
