What you will do

• Own operational planning and execution of sponsor deliverables and activations.
• Manage event registration platforms (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo) and design ticket structures.
• Oversee attendee data management, segmentation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to align operations with strategy.
• Lead on-site registration operations and check-in workflows.
• Build dashboards to track sponsorship revenue fulfillment and registration KPIs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in event operations or sponsorship fulfillment.
• Hands-on experience with event registration systems.
• Strong operational mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Partnerships teams.
• Ability to manage complex timelines and external stakeholders.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
