Salary: £71,400 – £96,600 (Base) + Commission (£30,600 – £41,400)

What you will do

• Engage with elite law firms and corporate legal departments to identify opportunities for AI-driven workflow transformation.
• Lead consultative discussions and tailored demonstrations of AI-driven solutions to improve legal outputs.
• Partner with Account Executives to guide strategic clients through their AI adoption journey and influence buying decisions.
• Design and manage high-impact pilots of new technologies to demonstrate scalable value in specific practice areas.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior partners and operations managers, influencing adoption at all levels.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to share customer insights and create real-world AI success stories.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 2+ years PQE at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal team.
• Must be based in or able to work in London (Hybrid setup).
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior legal stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and the cultural dynamics influencing technology adoption.
• Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills for legal and executive audiences.
