What you will do

• Execute end-to-end M&A processes from sourcing and diligence to modeling and negotiation.
• Lead financial and business modeling to support fundraising and strategic corporate decisions.
• Manage partnerships and strategic sales across the AI, semiconductor, and data center ecosystems.
• Prepare board-level materials and corporate strategy presentations in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Support government relations and engagement with key external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (citizenship/residency status or license approval may be required).
• Experience in fast-paced professional environments such as investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical rigor with the ability to frame and pressure-test high-stakes strategic decisions.
• Comfort interfacing with senior counterparties, including investors, partners, and industry leaders.
• Deep curiosity about semiconductors, data centers, and AI technology.
