What you will do

• Lead the delivery of lab data processing services and ensure incoming productions meet ESI specifications.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals, including scheduling, work assignment, and quality control.
• Consult with attorneys on EDRM best practices for data collection, processing, hosting, and review.
• Identify and provide detailed notice of deficiencies in productions to case attorneys.
• Coordinate webhosting support for unsupported cases managed by the lab.
• Keep clients informed about deadlines, technical challenges, and resource availability.

Requirements

• Extensive Relativity experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in eDiscovery roles (EFP, data culling, QA, database loads).
• At least 5 years of experience at a management or supervisory level.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Working knowledge of tools like iConect, Relativity, or Venio.

Nice to have

• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or Relativity Analytics Specialist certifications.
• Experience with LAW, IPRO, Concordance, MS Office Suite, and LiveNote.
