Location: Hybrid in Shawnee, KS (minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Exceed sales quotas across multiple aviation products and revenue streams.
- Manage a pipeline of retention opportunities and conduct market research for growth.
- Nurture prospects, convert leads into long-term customers, and manage subscription renewals.
- Qualify inbound leads using standardized frameworks and track interactions in Salesforce/CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to improve sales strategies.
- Conduct proactive client engagement through phone and email to meet weekly KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or customer support.
- Experience in the aviation or aerospace industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce/CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Shawnee, KS office.
