Location: Must be based in or within a commutable distance of Philadelphia, PA, USA. This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week in-office attendance.
Salary: Approximately $65,000 base + sales bonus.

What you will do
- Proactively manage renewals and retention for a portfolio of longtail customers.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities for books and journals.
- Conduct regular outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Collaborate with the Campaigns Manager to leverage promotional offers.
- Track and report on key sales performance metrics and renewal rates.
- Act as a trusted advisor to ensure customers derive maximum value from their purchases.
Requirements
- Must have the right to live and work in the US.
- Must be able to work from the Philadelphia office at least 3 days per week.
- Proven experience in managing customer accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
