TL;DR

Account Executive (Aviation): Managing sales pipelines and customer relationships for aviation industry data and events with an accent on inside sales and programmatic lead follow-up. Focus on exceeding revenue quotas, nurturing early-stage prospects, and optimizing the sales process via CRM tools.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Shawnee, KS, USA)

What you will do

  • Exceed sales quotas across multiple aviation products and revenue streams.
  • Manage a pipeline of retention opportunities and conduct market research to identify growth trends.
  • Foster strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor for aviation hirify.globaltion needs.
  • Qualify inbound leads and utilize Salesforce/CRM to streamline the sales process.
  • Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close deals to retain and grow accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer support, or business development.
  • Experience within the aviation or aerospace industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce/CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Willingness to travel to support events as needed.

  • Familiarity with specific aviation products or services.
