What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between Commercial, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure operational alignment.
• Support day-to-day Inside Sales activities and polish sales content with company branding.
• Maintain and manage CRM records to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze market data to identify actionable trends and patterns to inform sales strategies.
• Handle invoicing, contract renewals, and ensure proper revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with APAC sales development teams to optimize tools and processes that accelerate the sales cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, or Sales Enablement, preferably within FMCG.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Analytical mindset with strong numerical skills.
