What you will do
- Serve as the primary contact for customer sales inquiries and provide high-level service.
- Support the Business Development function with administrative and technical tasks.
- Manage contract administration, customer service, and order history records.
- Coordinate the shipping of goods in collaboration with logistics and production departments.
- Handle additional administrative tasks related to sales operations.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service and managing sales-related documentation.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (1C, SAP, or Comarch ERP preferred).
- Confident user of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong knowledge of Ukrainian and English languages.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, logistics, or administration.
