Senior Revenue Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Fully remote, with the option to work from offices in Turin, Paris, or Vienna

What you will do

• Own HubSpot and the connected revenue technology stack, including data models, integrations, workflows, automation, governance, and adoption.
• Manage lead routing, ownership, scoring, lifecycle management, enrichment, intent signals, and handoffs across inbound, outbound, and partner channels.
• Build production-ready automations and apply AI to enrichment, CRM hygiene, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Create dashboards and reporting for pipeline, conversion, sales velocity, attribution, and forecast accuracy.
• Establish scalable cross-region processes and documentation that align Marketing, Sales, and Finance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with complex HubSpot environments, including workflows, integrations, Operations Hub, and data architecture.
• Experience in B2B SaaS with a strong understanding of recurring revenue and commercial funnels.
• Proven experience using AI and automation to improve revenue processes and reduce manual work.
• Strong analytical, project management, systems thinking, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Experience building leadership reporting and dashboards from large, complex datasets.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Gong or another conversation intelligence platform.
• SQL or BI experience with Looker, Metabase, or Tableau.
• Experience with Clay or similar enrichment and intent platforms.
• Experience with multi-motion attribution or multi-region, multi-language commercial organisations.
