Business Analyst Intern

Location: Paris, France; candidates must be based in Barcelona and provide an internship agreement from a French school. Hybrid benefits include two remote days per week, one remote week per quarter, and three flex days.

Salary: €1,200–€1,400 per month, depending on study level.

What you will do

• Extract, manipulate, analyze, model, and visualize data for the Trade-In team.
• Maintain and improve circularity performance tools, reports, trackers, dashboards, alerts, and automated operational processes.
• Monitor service performance through daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and contribute to root cause analyses.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to identify business growth and profitability opportunities and model project impact.
• Support operational processes related to shipping, pricing, and risk while identifying automation opportunities.
• Maintain documentation covering databases, queries, methodologies, analyses, onboarding, and training materials.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or an equivalent data and analytics-related field.
• Based in Barcelona and able to provide an internship agreement from a French school.
• Strong data extraction, manipulation, analysis, modeling, visualization, and mathematical skills.
• Comfortable using SQL, Google Sheets, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Clear communication skills, autonomy, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• 100% comfortable with spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workato, AI agent creation, advanced SQL, or Tableau in a business environment.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio, or Amplitude.
• Additional language skills such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
