What you will do

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and develop regional market entry and expansion strategies.
• Identify and qualify potential customers and build a pipeline of strategic target accounts.
• Lead negotiations and close commercial agreements with livestock producers and distributors.
• Manage customer expectations regarding product delivery timelines and coordinate project implementation.
• Provide basic technical support, including product demonstrations and troubleshooting, through regular customer visits.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share market insights and support product innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the livestock, AgTech, or farming equipment industry.
• Proven success in enterprise sales or new market development.
• Strong consultative and solution-selling capabilities.
• English: Required.
• Chinese: Working proficiency required.
