What you will do

  • Implement sales activities, including cold calls and visits, to hit growth targets in the assigned territory.
  • Acquire and train new partners such as tour operators, travel agencies, TMCs, and OTAs.
  • Maintain long-term relationships and provide first-level account management for a partner portfolio.
  • Manage commercial deals, documentation, technical setup, and payment compliance.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis and provide regular reporting via CRM.
  • Initiate API-based deals with potential and existing partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience within the travel industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Chinese travel market and B2B networks.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of working time for client meetings and industry events.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
