What you will do

  • Identify and manage relationships with advertisers, agencies, brands, publishers, and programmatic partners.
  • Drive revenue growth through lead generation and new business opportunities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation to closing.
  • Develop strategic partnerships within the Polish digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Collaborate with global teams in Europe and the US to align business objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships within AdTech.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising and the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and acquiring new business.
  • Must be based in Poland.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Experience working with European clients and partners.

Nice to have

  • Existing network within the Polish AdTech and digital media ecosystem.
  • Experience with DSPs, SSPs, or advertising technology platforms.
  • Knowledge of mobile advertising and data-driven targeting solutions.
  • Previous experience owning a specific territory or market.
