What you will do
- Orchestrate daily and weekly team processes, including syncs, planning sessions, retrospectives, and portfolio review reports.
- Manage cross-stream and cross-project dependencies and timelines, escalating conflicts to leadership when necessary.
- Own the end-to-end process from task intake and triage to tracking and final resolution.
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders through monthly release reports and ad-hoc updates.
- Drive process improvements and implement light automation using tools like YouTrack and SQL.
Requirements
- Experience in building and maintaining delivery processes within a professional technical team.
- Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and coordinate timelines across multiple project streams.
- Strong skills in task triage, tracking, and stakeholder management.
- Competence in using YouTrack and basic SQL for process optimization.
