What you will do

• Orchestrate daily and weekly team processes, including syncs, planning sessions, retrospectives, and portfolio review reports.
• Manage cross-stream and cross-project dependencies and timelines, escalating conflicts to leadership when necessary.
• Own the end-to-end process from task intake and triage to tracking and final resolution.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders through monthly release reports and ad-hoc updates.
• Drive process improvements and implement light automation using tools like YouTrack and SQL.
