What you will do

  • Lead and empower a team of field engineers, technicians, and system administrators to deliver effective IT services.
  • Manage incident, problem, and change processes, including root cause analysis to ensure system reliability.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Partners, Architects, and SREs to design and maintain future-proof systems.
  • Propose and implement tailored IT solutions that align with customer business requirements.
  • Drive innovation through AIOps and automation to improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain direct and constant interaction with customers to ensure service excellence and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and quality services.
  • Strong knowledge of managed platforms, IT services, and technology vendors.
  • Proven experience in incident, problem, and change management.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AIOps and an automation-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to partner effectively with Delivery Partners and SREs.
  • Must be based in Lima, Peru.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Six Sigma, PMP, or ITIL certifications.
