TL;DR
Delivery Manager (Internal Tools): Orchestrating delivery processes and managing cross-project dependencies for a high-load internal ecosystem with an accent on process automation and stakeholder communication. Focus on optimizing task intake pipelines, managing complex dependencies, and integrating AI-driven workflows.
Location: Remote (Worldwide). Candidates must have already relocated from Russia
Salary: $1,600 – $2,000 per month (before taxes)

Development team creating key internal tools integrated with all company services, used daily by most employees.
What you will do
- Orchestrate daily and weekly team processes, including syncs, planning sessions, retrospectives, and portfolio reviews.
- Manage cross-stream and cross-project dependencies and timelines, escalating conflicts to leadership.
- Own the full task intake cycle: triage, tracking, and providing progress updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders through monthly release reports and ad-hoc updates.
- Oversee process improvements and implement light automation using YouTrack and SQL.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Gantt charts, dependency mapping, Scrum).
- Technical literacy regarding how systems integrate and communicate (e.g., AI and CRM).
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- LLM (large language models) literacy and experience with AI-driven workflows.
- Must be a remote specialist who has already relocated from Russia.
Nice to have
- Basic coding proficiency for automating workflows in YouTrack or writing simple SQL queries.
- English level Upper-Intermediate (B2/B2+).
