What you will do

• Lead and manage technical delivery teams including project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget using agile best practices.
• Manage risks, resolve issues, and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate across departments to align delivery with company goals.
• Build customer relationships and incorporate feedback for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, AI, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years experience in AI and project management, with proven track record delivering complex AI projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and proficiency in project management tools.
• Experience with agile methodologies and best practices.
