What you will do

  • Prepare HR documents for new hires, rehires, employee changes, and terminations.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including paperwork and payroll coordination.
  • Administer employee benefits processes, open enrollment, and annual reconciliation.
  • Manage 401(k), RRSP, and related retirement plan administration.
  • Maintain accurate employee files and HR system data.
  • Support workers' compensation, insurance, and return-to-work documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR administration, benefits coordination, or payroll support.
  • Proficiency with HR, payroll, or timekeeping systems such as ADP, Ceridian Dayforce, or Kronos.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Full, unrestricted work authorization in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
