Salary: $115,000 - $155,000

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for aviation customers from contract signature through successful activation.
- Coordinate technical and contractual changes to ensure all agreement terms are fulfilled.
- Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions to optimize Starlink operations for customers.
- Guide airlines through aircraft entry into service and long-term growth plans.
- Lead the design and implementation of system enhancements to improve internal and external process interfaces.
- Travel up to 40% to partner offices, regional conferences, and locations.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency (Green Card), refugee or asylee status for ITAR compliance.
- Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with 6+ years of professional experience in account management or sales.
- 6+ years of experience supporting technical products or services for customers.
- Ability to travel up to 40% and work extended hours or weekends as needed.
- Proven track record of managing complex contracts and delivering results under tight deadlines.
Nice to have
- Significant knowledge of commercial/business aviation and satellite communications (Satcom).
- Experience working with aerospace regulatory bodies such as the FAA or EASA.
- Strong experience in building long-term customer relationships through empathy and active listening.
