Associate Director, Medical Information (Pharmaceuticals): Oversight and management of the Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) and client relationships with an accent on operational strategy and people leadership. Focus on ensuring high-quality medical inquiry responses, maintaining regulatory compliance with EMA, and managing P&L and KPIs for pharmaceutical clients.
Location: Remote (EU/UK). Must be legally eligible to work in the European Union or the UK. Ideally located in Poland, Ireland, UK, Italy, Portugal, Germany, or Spain.

What you will do
- Manage, mentor, and coach direct reports, including Medical Information Specialists and Managers.
- Provide oversight for assigned clients, ensuring deliverables meet KPIs and service level agreements.
- Direct daily MICC operations, including workload monitoring and staff reassignment.
- Develop and execute Medical Information operational strategies and strategic initiatives.
- Manage client invoicing, SOWs, and P&L for assigned projects.
- Triage and respond to unsolicited medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.
Requirements
- Master of Science (MSc) degree in Life Sciences or healthcare.
- 5+ years of experience in Medical Information or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Legal eligibility to work in the European Union or the UK.
- Detailed knowledge of EMA and local regulations affecting biologics and pharmaceuticals.
- Experience in planning and delivering effective training programs.
- Fluent English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Advanced Healthcare Degree (PharmD or equivalent) or MBA in Regulatory Science.
- Pharmacist license.
- Fluency in one or more additional European languages (B2+).
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
