Medical Affairs Scientist (Pharmaceuticals)

Location: Poland - Remote; field-based

Minimum annual gross salary: 217,500 PLN. Annual bonus: 15%.

What you will do

• Build trusted scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, regulators, payors, medical societies, and patient advocacy groups.
• Generate, document, synthesize, and compliantly share actionable medical insights with country, cluster, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and execute prioritized medical plans, including KOL mapping, local projects, scientific events, and omnichannel activities.
• Act as a scientific point of contact for assigned therapeutic areas and support external scientific forums.
• Support the local clinical trial environment through protocol feasibility, site identification, investigator engagement, and recruitment support.
• Collaborate with medical, access, regulatory, clinical, commercial, and brand teams while maintaining scientific integrity and compliance.

Requirements

• Advanced healthcare or scientific degree with substantial pharmaceutical experience and knowledge.
• Medical degree or equivalent with board certification, or a therapeutic-area-related PhD and postdoctoral experience, is desirable.
• Strong scientific and medical experience, including clinical or research experience.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, local healthcare systems, and regulatory environments.
• Ability to analyze medical data and generate actionable insights.
• Fluent business and medical English required.
