What you will do
- Drive scientific leadership across publications, advisory boards, and digital medical affairs deliverables.
- Provide advanced scientific review and strategic input to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Lead client relationships and manage account oversight for large workstreams.
- Mentor, onboard, and empower junior writers to foster their professional and scientific growth.
- Contribute to business development and organic growth through expert scientific insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in medical or scientific writing.
- Degree in a scientific or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven ability to manage diverse scientific content and ensure strategic alignment.
- Skilled in client relationship management and account oversight.
- Collaborative leadership style with a passion for team development.
- Must be based in the UK.

- Oncology experience is highly advantageous.
