What you will do

• Lead a team of Sales Associates, managing performance and setting weekly/monthly targets.
• Acquire new retailers in the assigned territory to expand the business footprint.
• Visit POS locations twice a week to maintain dealer relationships and solve inquiries.
• Drive quality initiatives and manage the efficiency of sales points.
• Execute risk control measures to identify and mitigate fraud.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff in sales techniques and company regulations.

Requirements

• Graduate of a 2 or 4-year degree course in any field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in Sales.
• Must be open to field work and regular travel to POS locations.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and business acumen.
