What you will do
- Drive sales and renewals for existing accounts to secure the pipeline and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships within the assigned scope.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' industry, business, and market clusters.
- Partner with Customer Success and other relevant teams to execute Account Plans and Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
- Collect, analyze, and escalate Voice of Customer feedback to improve product offerings.
- Expand customer networks to identify and engage new budget holders.
Requirements
- Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- 5-7+ years of related experience, preferably with an FMCG background.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
- Strong sales expertise and a solid understanding of the data analytics industry and business models.
- Deep understanding of market trends and their interdependencies impacting customers.
