What you will do

• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) to drive revenue, volume, and profitability.
• Build multi-level relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, procurement, and chefs.
• Deliver tailored solution-led proposals and lead product conversion and innovation projects.
• Ensure excellence in in-market execution through regular store visits and trade checks.
• Provide actionable market insights across Bakery, Beverage, Hotel, and Dining segments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and distributors to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

• University degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of Sales/Business Development experience, including 3+ years in Key Account Management (Foodservice/HORECA/B2B).
• Fluent in spoken and written Vietnamese and English.
• Strong commercial acumen and expertise in consultative selling and account planning.
• Proven ability to manage complex customers and deliver sustainable growth.
• Experience in the hotel or bakery industry is a strong advantage.
