What you will do

• Participate in a 1-year rotation program covering Sales, Marketing, and Event Operations.
• Support the sales team in lead generation and preparing pitches to achieve targets.
• Assist in event marketing campaigns, creating collateral, and conducting market research.
• Manage logistics planning and provide on-site support for exhibitions and conferences.
• Collaborate with industry experts and mentors to develop essential event management skills.

Requirements

• Recent graduate (within 1 year) with a degree in event management, business administration, or marketing.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with stakeholders and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Chinese.
• Familiarity with event management software.
