Location: Hybrid (New York, US). Requires in-office collaboration for 10+ days per month.

Salary: $116,000 — $130,000 USD

What you will do

  • Operate and strategically manage seven global ERGs, including governance, events, and milestones.
  • Plan and execute the annual ERG Leads Onsite summit from agenda and logistics to the final experience.
  • Coach ERG Leads through their tenure and advise Executive Sponsors on effective allyship.
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, Communications, and People Operations to align DEI initiatives.
  • Manage the program rhythm, including impact reporting, budget tracking, and the annual calendar.
  • Coordinate external DEI partnerships, sponsorships, and training platforms.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in DEI, ERG program management, or HR with hands-on ownership.
  • Strong facilitation skills for delivering live or virtual sessions to all organizational levels.
  • Experience guiding senior leaders and executive sponsors on identity-related nuance.
  • Proven judgment in handling sensitive conversations and critical issues with discretion.
  • Data literacy to interpret engagement surveys and translate findings into leadership insights.
  • Must be based in or able to work in New York for hybrid office requirements.
