What you will do

  • Manage assigned accounts independently and collaborate with Key Account Managers to accelerate profitable growth.
  • Develop and execute annual business growth plans, covering new product launches and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust go-to-market tactics and commercial strategies.
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to manage sales pipelines, opportunities, and territory performance.
  • Partner with Technical Support, Marketing, and R&D teams to resolve customer challenges and identify new opportunities.
  • Support regional leadership in team development and territory coverage planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business management, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience specifically in the food & beverage and life sciences markets.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
  • Availability to travel frequently, up to 50% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of microbiology or the food safety market.
