What you will do
- Manage assigned accounts independently and collaborate with Key Account Managers to accelerate profitable growth.
- Develop and execute annual business growth plans, covering new product launches and pricing strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust go-to-market tactics and commercial strategies.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to manage sales pipelines, opportunities, and territory performance.
- Partner with Technical Support, Marketing, and R&D teams to resolve customer challenges and identify new opportunities.
- Support regional leadership in team development and territory coverage planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business management, life sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience specifically in the food & beverage and life sciences markets.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
- Availability to travel frequently, up to 50% of the time.

- Basic knowledge of microbiology or the food safety market.
