What you will do

• Provide direct leadership and mentorship to the project management team.
• Review and optimize project schedules to ensure maximum resource efficiency.
• Conduct frequent site visits nationwide to audit progress and ensure quality standards.
• Act as the senior point of contact for clients and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor project budgets and implement corrective actions to protect profit margins.
• Ensure all projects strictly adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Proven track record in an operations or senior project management role within the Electrical Engineering sector.
• Specific experience with LV/MV switchgear projects.
• Strong understanding of power distribution systems and the full project lifecycle.
• Willingness to travel to project sites nationwide as required.
• First-class verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in crisis management and maintaining a cool head under pressure.
