Salary: $185,000 — $277,600 USD

What you will do

• Lead and mentor the AMER HR Generalist (PXC) and Employee Relations (ER) teams to cultivate a collaborative culture.
• Partner with Legal and senior leadership to assess, map, and implement organizational change across the AMER region.
• Manage complex Employee Relations cases with potential reputational or legal risks in conjunction with Legal.
• Develop high-quality communication, training materials, and management reports for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with global PX leaders to align regional practices with the global HR operating model.
• Analyze ER data and system metrics to transition from reactive to proactive employee relations strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of management experience leading HR Generalist and ER specialist teams.
• Proven track record as a senior HR manager in a complex, matrixed, global environment.
• Extensive experience in cultural change management and delivering strategic HR initiatives.
• High level of data literacy and ability to develop actionable insights.
• Must be located within Pacific Time Zones.
