What you will do

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior FP&A leadership to optimize corporate ways of working and align financial planning with growth goals.
• Transform FP&A operations by embedding the hirify.global platform, AI, and machine learning into core workflows to enable predictive analytics.
• Design and execute large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across Finance, IT, Engineering, Product, and GTM.
• Own executive communication, manage FP&A leadership forums, and orchestrate the OKR and QBR processes for the CFO and Head of Sales.
• Ensure financial processes seamlessly support evolving product strategies, pricing models, and GTM motions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience combining elite management consulting with in-house leadership in high-growth FP&A or Business Operations.
• Deep expertise in FP&A architecture and a strong bias toward strategy and business transformation.
• Proven success leading large-scale corporate transformations and re-architecting legacy workflows.
• Fluency in AI, ML, or advanced automation tools; familiarity with SQL, Python, or data analytics platforms is highly desirable.
• Elite executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills (expert-level Google Slides).
• Experience within the SaaS or high-tech enterprise software landscape.

• MBA or an advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a highly analytical field.
