Salary: $250,000 - $305,000

What you will do
- Define and execute the global sales and clinical professional education strategy to align with business objectives.
- Design product and clinical curricula to improve commercial win rates and time-to-productivity.
- Manage the department budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI for all training programs.
- Oversee the learning technology ecosystem, including LMS, LXP, and sales readiness platforms.
- Establish and report on KPIs for training effectiveness, sales readiness, and tool adoption.
- Partner with Regulatory Affairs to ensure all content meets FDA and medical device regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience facilitating Sales Education and Training for clinical products.
- 8+ years of people leadership experience managing training or enablement professionals.
- Proven experience in department budget management and ROI analysis.
- Proficiency with enterprise LMS/LXP and sales readiness tools such as Highspot, Seismic, or Allego.
- Working knowledge of medical device regulatory standards (FDA, MDR).
- Must be based in or able to work from the Irvine, CA office.
Nice to have
- Certification in training and development design principles.
- Certification in sales performance methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sales, Wilson Learning).
- MBA or an advanced degree.
