Location: Onsite in Irvine, CA, United States

Salary: $250,000 - $305,000

What you will do

  • Define and execute the global sales and clinical professional education strategy to align with business objectives.
  • Design product and clinical curricula to improve commercial win rates and time-to-productivity.
  • Manage the department budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI for all training programs.
  • Oversee the learning technology ecosystem, including LMS, LXP, and sales readiness platforms.
  • Establish and report on KPIs for training effectiveness, sales readiness, and tool adoption.
  • Partner with Regulatory Affairs to ensure all content meets FDA and medical device regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience facilitating Sales Education and Training for clinical products.
  • 8+ years of people leadership experience managing training or enablement professionals.
  • Proven experience in department budget management and ROI analysis.
  • Proficiency with enterprise LMS/LXP and sales readiness tools such as Highspot, Seismic, or Allego.
  • Working knowledge of medical device regulatory standards (FDA, MDR).
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Irvine, CA office.

Nice to have

  • Certification in training and development design principles.
  • Certification in sales performance methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sales, Wilson Learning).
  • MBA or an advanced degree.
