What you will do
- Conduct outbound sales activities to identify and engage SMB clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to tailor product solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with SMB clients.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize the sales process.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Fluent in German (written and spoken).
- Proven track record in outbound sales or account management, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM and outreach software like Salesforce or Sales Navigator.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in the tech industry or working with SMB clients.
- Familiarity with Gong or Outreach IO.
