What you will do

• Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple healthcare integration projects simultaneously.
• Lead vendor management, including negotiations and contract management for external partners.
• Act as a technical problem solver to identify innovative solutions for project blockers.
• Coordinate communication between Integration teams and internal partners like Product Management and DevOps.
• Ensure business continuity and the stability of all active interfaces.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management.
• 8+ years of experience working with EHR, practice management, HIE vendors, or national aggregators.
• 5+ years of experience with interoperability standards and protocols (HL7 v2/v3, APIs, XDS.b, XDA, XDM, SFTP, VPN).
• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning and roadmapping for healthcare data integration.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a technical or relevant field.
• PMP certification.
• Working knowledge of Mirth or other interface engines (Rhapsody, Corepoint, Cloverleaf).
• Experience with Jira, Salesforce, and Tableau.
• Experience leading teams and managing healthcare claims or clinical data sets.
