What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closing, and handoff.
• Build and grow relationships with advertisers, agencies, and key decision-makers across assigned categories.
• Develop strategic, customized advertising solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Respond to RFPs and develop client-ready proposals and presentations.
• Partner with internal teams, including Ad Operations and Sales Support, to ensure smooth campaign launches.
• Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting using Salesforce.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of success in sales, account management, or business development.
• Experience selling digital media, programmatic, or advertising solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• High proficiency in CRM systems and pipeline reporting.
• Must be able to work on-site in El Segundo, California.
