What you will do

• Manage and strategically develop key accounts within the fashion sector.
• Conduct and present sales analyses to ensure partner performance aligns with overall business strategies.
• Prepare and evaluate reports and KPIs for business and assortment management during regular business meetings (QBRs).
• Plan and execute projects focused on process optimization, internationalization, and growth of existing accounts.
• Develop and implement new business model processes through cross-functional collaboration.
• Serve as the central point of contact between external partners and internal departments such as Logistics, Tech, and Legal.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience in key account management, sales, consulting, or project management, ideally in a digital environment.
• Successfully completed degree in business or a related field.
• Analytical thinking and proficiency in working with KPIs and data.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills for building long-term partner relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work from Hamburg, Germany.
