What you will do

• Develop and maintain recurring dashboards and performance tracking for marketing campaigns and audience engagement initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance across paid media, email, and onsite promotions to identify drivers and optimization opportunities.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for marketing stakeholders.
• Support audience segmentation and targeting testing strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Execute A/B and multivariate testing across marketing campaigns and user experiences to optimize conversion metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics and measurement frameworks for new initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in digital marketing or within a brand organization.
• Demonstrable experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Ability to communicate business and technical requirements for onsite initiatives.
