Salary: $26.92 – $33.65 Hourly

What you will do
- Coordinate end-to-end hiring processes across North America, managing interview scheduling and logistics for diverse stakeholders.
- Administer offer letters via Adobe Sign and monitor pre-employment background checks.
- Ensure I-9 compliance and coordinate immigration and visa-related requests with external vendors.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the internship program, including onboarding, orientation, program communications, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within applicant tracking systems and support high-volume seasonal hiring.
- Arrange candidate travel and facilitate a positive onsite interview experience at the El Segundo campus.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in administrative, human resources, or recruiting support.
- Experience managing high-volume interview scheduling and complex calendars using Outlook or ATS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential HR documentation with a high degree of discretion.
- Must be based in or be able to work from El Segundo, California.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday and SmartRecruiters.
- Familiarity with First Advantage, Adobe Sign, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
