TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in El Segundo, California

Salary: $26.92 – $33.65 Hourly

What you will do

  • Coordinate end-to-end hiring processes across North America, managing interview scheduling and logistics for diverse stakeholders.
  • Administer offer letters via Adobe Sign and monitor pre-employment background checks.
  • Ensure I-9 compliance and coordinate immigration and visa-related requests with external vendors.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the internship program, including onboarding, orientation, program communications, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within applicant tracking systems and support high-volume seasonal hiring.
  • Arrange candidate travel and facilitate a positive onsite interview experience at the El Segundo campus.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative, human resources, or recruiting support.
  • Experience managing high-volume interview scheduling and complex calendars using Outlook or ATS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential HR documentation with a high degree of discretion.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from El Segundo, California.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday and SmartRecruiters.
  • Familiarity with First Advantage, Adobe Sign, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
  • Process-improvement mindset focused on operational excellence and candidate experience.
